The Design department is currently in an exciting phase of expansion, necessitating the recruitment of a new Design Manager to provide enhanced support to our growing team.
What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with Design, Product, and Engineering Leadership to shape and execute Typeform’s overaching strategy across all relevant domains.
- Lead and mentor a team of five product designers, ensuring consistently high standard of design quality.
- Drive operational enhancements within the Design Function in collaboration with other members of the Design Leadership team.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Proven experience in managing, leading, and nurturing Product/UX design teams of varying levels (Junior to Principal), consisting of three or more individuals.
- Previous involvement with SaaS platforms, complex applications or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with working within teams that utilize advanced Design Systems.
